3 Ingredient Vanilla Ice Cream Crème Brûlée

This Crème Brûlée is so easy and so delicious and super easy to make. It only has three ingredients. well, actually, just two with some sugar on top. That is correct. You heard me right. You just need vanilla ice cream and egg yolks.
And it couldn’t be easier. Mix, whisk, cool caramelize and wella, a yummy, tasty dessert that is restaurant worthy. If you don’t have the chops to make a five star dessert from scratch, you can make this Crème Brûlée and amaze your friends and family.
Try it out, the Ducks would never steer you in the wrong direction.

Makes for 4 servings (using large single ramekins 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 inches)

Ingredients
2 cups vanilla ice cream
4 egg yolks
4 tablespoon sugar

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325˚F.
Melt 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and cool until ice cream is at room temperature.
Add 4 egg yolks into the melted ice cream and whisk well.
Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins.
Place the ramekins in a pan with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
Bake for 50 minutes. The crème brûlée should be set, but still a little jiggly in the middle.
Remove the ramekins from the pan and  allow to cool to room temperature.
Cover with plastic wrap pressing it onto the surface of the crème.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, and up to 3 days.
Remove the crème brûlée from the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before the next step.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar on top of each crème brûlée.
Using a torch, melt the sugar to for a crispy top.
If you do not have a torch, you can broil the crème brûlée to melt the sugar.
Allow the crème brûlée to sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
