In the Ducks undying mantra to duck-it-up, we took the traditional Monte Cristo sandwich and added duck-style. You can call our version the Decadent Monster Deep Fried Triple Decker Monte Cristo Sandwich. We add a third slice of bread, more cheese and a batter that is out of this world. Get you Duck in A pot, try it out for yourself and send us your comments. May The Duck Be With You!
Tip: Get the highest quality meat and cheese you can get for these Monte Cristo’s. It will make a difference.
Tip: Make sure the cheese and meat is at room temperature before frying to get the meltiest Monte Cristo. You might put the cheese in the microwave for a couple seconds to make sure it starts to melt right away.
Tip. The ducks use Henry & Henry Red Raspberry Pastry and Cake Filling. Click here to find it on Amazon
Tip: Attempt to keep the meat and cheese inside the borders of your bread.
Tip: Cut the crust off your bread, this helps the batter stick to the sides.
