DRY INGREDIENTS
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups quick-cooking oats (not steal cut)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
WET INGREDIENTS
1 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 beaten eggs
4 dashes of Dave’s Ghost Pepper Sauce (World Market, Walmart, Amazon)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
In a large bowl:
Mix the brown sugar and white sugar until well mixed.
Add in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and mix.
Mix in the quick oats and the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
In another bowl:
Beat the eggs
Stir in vanilla
Add the Dave’s Ghost Pepper sauce and mix completely.
Now add the Butter mixture to the large bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop large spoonful’s on an ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven.
Cool on a rack for at least 5 minutes, then enjoy.
