INGREDIENTS
1 English (hothouse) cucumber
1 bunch of cilantro
1 Lemon
1 Lime
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Greens, Chop:
Chop one English (hothouse) cucumber into bite size pieces. You can use a regular cucumber if you like. No big deal.
Rough chop one bunch of cilantro
For the Dressing, Mix:
Squeeze the juice of one lemon
Squeeze the juice of one lime
Mixto taste
Add everything into one bowl
Add salt and pepper to taste
Marinade in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving.
