Tostada Bowl

Seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon paprika
1½ teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper (the fine ground pepper in the big plastic container)

Tostada salad bowls shells
Place tortilla over a small bowl
Butter both sides
Wrap in tin foil leaving open at end
Brown in oven for 6 minutes
Take out of oven
Remove bowl and place back in oven bowl side up for 4 to five minutes
Brown to crisp so tortilla is solid and can stand up on its own

Brown ground beef / add tostada seasoning and diced green chilies
Remove beef and put into a separate bowl
Layer tostada bowl with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese
Top with avocado slices
Extras: Sour cream, black olives and tortilla chips
